Doesn't float
Poor indoor performance

There’s not too much to criticise the Playsport for
As it’s generally a fresh and fun camcorder/camera. We didn’t really rate it’s low-light performance
Which was a bit murky and the 4x zoom felt ‘sticky’ when we wanted it to be smooth.
Mono microphone and speaker – picks up wind noise
No convenient flip out USB arm offered as on direct competitors
Great still photos; very good video and image quality; waterproof down to 10 feet deep
Button layout often leads to accidental presses, $249
Though the Playsport Zx3 isn’t the easiest camera to use, it does a very good job at performing its main duty: making videos. If you care more about the quality of the videos you want to make than how easy it is to operate the camera you want to make t...

Images taken on the camera not suitable for large prints; Battery life; Lacks a couple of shortcut keys (like H2O) that could have made it even easier to use

The Kodak Zi8 was an absolute performer that stole the show when it came to performance and looks. The PlaySport, also referred as the Zx3, on the other hand is a little smaller in terms of width and is fully waterproof till a depth of 10 feet / 3 mete...
