  • New processors and GPUs give the new iMac a welcome speed increase, Gorgeous screen, Object of desire
  • No Blu-ray, No third-gen connectivity ports, No option for anti-glare screen Lack of Turbo Boost
  • The iMac is arguably today's best all-in-one computer, and the mid-2010 refresh takes it from strength to strength. It's expensive, but you're getting a lot of Mac for your money.

  • Four RAM slots for 16GB maximum. SDXC slot supports cards larger than 32GB. Beautiful design and LED-backlit screen. Discrete graphics. Build-to-order 2TB hard drive and 3.6GHz Core i5 available from Apple.
  • A nonglossy display option would be nice. No eSATA port.
  • As expected, the 3.2GHz model outperformed the 3.06GHz model in our testing, but not by much. Only two of our 10 tests showed a speed gain of more than 5 percent. And the Call of Duty 4 frame rate was only 3.2 percent better with the 3.2GHz model’s be...

  • The Apple iMac 21.5-inch (Core i3) is the system that can convert your friend/relative/significant other into a Mac-faithful. It has a great design, stellar performance, and a pretty kickass price. For all these reasons and more, the Apple iMac 21.5-in...

  • The 21.5-inch Core i3 iMac isn’t for everybody, but it’s still gold standard for all-in-one computers....
