Abstract: Prvým pánom na holenie je Logitech G500, teda najlacnejšia z testovaných myšiek (s cenou mierne nad 50EUR), no nie najlacnejšou z "Gé" myšiek výrobcu. Ten, podľa možností vašej peňaženky, aktuálne ponúka niekoľko ďalších alternatív - G300, G400, G700 a G9x. Do pozície priameho pokračovateľa chronicky známej MX518 sa z pohľadu vlastností a ceny jednoznačne pasuje Logitech G400. Kým G400 do detailu zachováva počet a rozmiestnenie tlačidiel a v jej vnútri stále "tiká" optický senzor (3600DPI, MX518 1800DPI), G500 reprezentuje upgrade v podobe niekoľkých tlačidiel navyše, laserového senzora (až 5700DPI), vyšperkovaného kolieska alebo možnosti prispôsobenia hmotnosti.
