interesting design, fairly compact and light for a 17incher, good display with GSync, but needs calibration, great keyboard, excellent performance, large battery, good speakers, more affordable than the competition
the build quality is only average and the design might not appeal to everyone, some issues with the trackpad, light bleeding on the screen, internals and case get very hot under load, fans are noisy under load, battery life is only average, due to GSync
In very few words, the Asus ROG GL702VM is a good multimedia / gaming 17-inch laptop. It performs flawlessly, it gets a high-refresh IPS screen with GSync that's great for gaming, as well as a nice keyboard and good IO, all in a fairly portable body. On t...

The Asus ROG Strix GL702VM is a well-balanced 17.3in gaming laptop that doesn't break the bank yet manages to deliver solid performance in modern DX12 titles.Combining an Intel Core i5 processor with Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 graphics makes a whole lot...

Great performance, Long battery life
Poor thermal performance, Grayscale and overall color inaccuracies
The Asus Strix GL702VM-DB71 offers excellent performance in a well-presented 17.3" package. It has just as much performance as the Strix 15 for the same price. The Strix 17 also offers at least two hours of gaming on battery life. Unfortunately, it is...
Abstract: The £1,200 price means that the Asus has a more modest specification than many other notebooks, but there's still room in the budget for a brand-new Nvidia GPU. The GTX 1060 is based on the Pascal architecture, which ramps up the efficiency to deliver hug...

Good performance for work and play, relatively compact, Simple design, Good display,
The battery life is below average, Low memory bandwidth
Laptop ASUS ROG Strix GL702VM much larger GL502V, which we tested earlier. But this is only the width and depth, as well as the display diagonal. Instead of the 15.6-inch panel, ASUS is now chosen 17.3 ‘. Due to the increased body size ASUS could ably fi...
Matte IPS screen, Full HD resolution, G-Sync, Plenty of storage, Unoccupied M.2 slot, Thunderbolt 3
iGPU deactivated, No full Turbo exhaustion, Relatively high power consumption in idle state, The click pad doesn't always function properly
Huawei's Nova Plus is a really good smartphone and we can only find few real drawbacks. Besides the bright display you get two really good cameras. Selfie fans will enjoy the front camera in particular. You also get a powerful battery, which actually keep...
Abstract: As a long time console gamer, I've always shied away from PC gaming primarily because of its expensive and bulky gaming rigs. An average console pleb like me is easily satisfied in terms of gaming as long as visuals are good, the games are great, and fram...

Too much space for the palm rest, Still not able to handle really heavy games
ASUS continues to perform a nice work on the material and design of its GL702VM. If we had to nitpick, we think the palm rest is a tad big for our liking but overall quality is top notch. Its 17.3-inch display which carries a 4K resolution panel is a joy...
