  • Great overall sound, Deep bass, Excellent microphone, Easy-to-adjust volume slider
  • Lacks portability, Can get uncomfortable after extended use, Dolby surround sound adapter not all that effective
  • This headset provides booming sound and effective noise canceling for gamers.

  • The Plantronics Gamecom 777 headphones are fantastic all around headphones with virtual surround effects that fall flat. I still very much liked my time with these headphones thanks to their comfort and overall sound quality; just don’t expect a real s...

  • The Plantronics GameCom 777 comes with a USB adapter,
  • The ear cups are bigger than necessary.
  • Overall, this is a balanced headset, but it does not have anything that really sets it apart....

  • Abstract:  Plantronics vents the can exteriors for an “open-air” design to let you better hear teammates. Given the mic issues, we would have preferred a closed-air model. For phenomenal clarity in all of your games and media, the 777 rules, but we sure would love to have these drivers placed in a revamped headset.

  • Price and pressure on the ears of the largeheaded.
  • The Gamecom 777 headset does deliver a nice audio experience however with such a high retail price it has a few pitfalls. The Dolby Processor USB adapter seemed more like a gimmick to me and I really did not notice a difference when not using it. The o...

  • Sublime sound with stunning clarity and surprising bass; comfortable; includes 1/8-inch connector with 1/4-inch adapter for use with any headset jack.
  • Pricey; no mic or inline volume control.

  • Good sound quality for the price , 3.5mm and USB connections , No drivers required for USB connection , Bendable microphone tucks away into headset when not in use , Volume and mute control on the cable , Long cable
  • Clamping force of the headphones is a little high, which may lead to discomfort after prolonged use , Bass rumble tends to obfuscate some low to mid tones , Dolby effect does not deliver on promise
  • We like the the GameCom 777 — for its price, it's an excellent bit of kit with good sound quality and a booming rumble on the bass end....
