  • Lower cost per print than competing models, · Intuitive control panel, · Faster photo printing speeds, · Good direct print format compatibility.
  • umers have to navigate the world of allinone photo printers, allinone office printers, and multifunction toner printers, with different features, resolutions, dpi, displays, etc. Unfortunately, Kodak only brings another mediocre model to the table. Whi...
  • Initially, we had high hopes for the Kodak EasyShare 5300, with its highly touted, inexpensive ink and potentially better quality scans due to the addition of a CCD sensor. However, our hopes were not quite realized. The printer was slim on features i...

  • Abstract:  Some — myself included — would say that printer evolution is spent. The ink-jet was essentially the end of the line for printer makers. By sticking some tiny holes in an ink bottle and hooking those selfsame holes up to electricity, you got a...

  • Excellent photo and graphic prints; ink cartridges are inexpensive; control panel is user friendly.
  • Flawed scanning software; copies are oversaturated; relatively slow print speeds.
  • The Kodak EasyShare 5300’s impressive performance in printing, scanning, and copying adds up to a solid all-around device, and the low cost to refill it with ink adds extra value. Despite the flaws I found in its scanner software, the EasyShare ...

  • Great print quality, Best ink prices on the market, Easy to use
  • Editing functions are difficult to use
  • The Kodak EASYSHARE 5300 All-in-One Printer is easily the choice for anyone wanting fantastic photos, great printed documents and a scanner all in one package. Even if the Kodak printer used inks that cost twice as much as they do, I would still recomm...

  • Good image quality. Affordable ink and paper. Easy to set up and use. Relatively fast when printing from a memory card. Pigment inks make for long-lasting prints.
  • Slow when used with a G3 or G4 Mac. Buggy printer driver. Can’t use paper profiles. Somewhat noisy.
  • The EasyShare 5300 has plenty of room for improvement, but with its affordable price and low-cost consumables, the printer will pay for itself quickly. ...

  • Easy to use, low priced consumables yet relatively high quality prints, plus good LCD
  • Heavyweight design, software issues, some of the claimed print speeds proved unrealistic
  • Cynicism aside, the key factor in buying the 5300 is the 50% less consumable costs. So rather than buy a £50 all-in-one from another manufacturer with inks that costs as much, if not more, when you come to replace them, Kodak have a pricier initial p...
