It's no bad thing
As the iPad still has its rivals licked when it comes to quality and design. The Tab 10.1 is just as stylish

The editors didn't like
It's far too buggy at the moment so feels like beta software
Keyboard down arrow is irritating
Android Market needs refinement
Lacks dedicated apps to really use the space
Occasional slowdown and stuttering
No way to expand storage
No USB ports
Android Honeycomb apps and games are thin on the ground
Glitches need fixing before release
No external storage port
No MicroUSB port
What's the price??
Poor battery recharge time
Microphone
Disappointing camera
Minimal ports
Still some Honeycomb bugs and not enough apps take advantage of the tablet screen size yet
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 may look better than most other tablets
But it comes at a price. Samsung hasn't found the space to add many ports – there's no expandable memory
For instance
And you'll have to make do with the 16GB of integrated storage. The Tab 10.1 also suffers from the same problems as all other current Android tablets – including the excellent Eee Pad Transformer – and that's t
The tablet really suffers from a lack of optimised apps
Samsung's own apps cupboard is bare
Slow to charge
Cheap plastic back
Slow to boot
Poor main camera
No memory expansion
Proprietary charge connector.
Honeycomb is still buggy
UI not as seamless as iOS
Must-have apps are still few and far between
Lacks physical connections
The iPad 2 has a better choice of consistently highquality apps

The Android operating system is simply better than iOS. Connect the Galaxy to a PC and it shows up as an accessible external drive. The feeling of freedom, after using an iPad connected to iTunes, is exhilarating. The display is excellent.
The 10.1” diagonal screen sounds like more, but in fact it is less, at least for photographers. The shorter, wider iPad screen is better suited to displaying photos
“When you strike at a king you must strike to kill him” a wise man said. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is a strong blow from the Android camp, but is it a deadly one? The Samsung Galaxy SII rules in smart phones, but the iPhone is still the one that is talk...
No HDMI out. No expandable memory. No standard USB connection. Adapters are expensive

Excellent screen; Superior build; Great audio; Strong application support;
Gallery and music player could be more webcentric; Would be more enthusiastic if it had more RAM; No word on Ice Cream Sandwich Update so far;
Samsung has produced a stellar tab that focusses on performance and portability. The stereo speakers, sublime screen and capable innards work together to create a stunning multimedia experience. Great application support and an effortless browsing exp...
