  • Abstract:  999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors, an interactive novel by Chunsoft, is a hell of an accomplishment. The game presents a compelling narrative-based experience that you will want to play through several times, a trait that is often absent in a l...

  • Challenging puzzles, interesting story, satisfying and unexpected twist, multiple endings, fantastic script, great music and sound effects, can fast forward through viewed text, can play unlocked puzzles from main menu
  • You’ll probably need a guide to get the “true” ending and you’ll need a notepad on hand to keep track of puzzle solutions and information for future playthroughs. It’d be nice if the text displayed a bit faster.
