The editors liked

  • There's something so great about creating a Mii for your dog or baby and getting fit
  • Wii Fit Plus has made some tweaks to make it easier to do more continual exercise or training. You can now focus on certain areas such as aerobics
  • Yoga – no more pricey classes down the gym – or muscle toning. There are also some fun new game...
  • Upgrades the world's most popular fitness software
  • Lets you feel good about your gaming habit
  • 15 extra minigames
  • New calorie counter exercises are very motivating
  • New activities are incredibly fun
  • Transfers all Wii Fit data

The editors didn't like

  • It gets you healthy
  • But oh the effort
  • It's more knackering than you think at first.
  • It's not a massive progression from Wii Fit – and it's a lot more tiring than we first imagined – you still need willpower to keep the momentum u after the novelty wears off.
  • Makes the original redundant
  • Not really a game
  • Merely functional graphics and music
  • Creating routines excludes balance aerobic exercises
  • Balance board doesn't work so well with activities needing rapid stepping
  • You can't weigh birds

  • Abstract:  The Most Fun You Can Have With Something Billed as ExerciseWii Fit Plus is still somewhat lacking as an exercise game, and there are certainly better Wii games for a serious workout, but as a Balance Board-centered mini-game collection, the game is a ...

  • Can create your own workout routines , Most of the new balance games are fun , Great way to track your fitness progress , Will help improve your balance and strength
  • User routines limited to yoga and muscle activities , Multiplayer limited to nine games , Balance board response can be a little sluggish
  • User-created routines and plenty of new activities make Wii Fit Plus a vast improvement on the original, although some important omissions stop it from being a standout....

  • The new games are even more fun than the original Wii Fit’s, the new exercises are strenuous (in a good way), you can create Miis for your pets, you can also make babies out of your Miis
  • The custom routines are too short, it’s still very difficult to get keep your heart rate up throughout a workout, high scores don’t save in all modes
  • With a decent amount of fun new minigames and more intense exercises, Wii Fit Plus is worth paying $29.95 for. As far as fitness coaching goes, however, other titles have passed it by. ...

  • Abstract:  Who would’ve thought that an exercise video game would sell 20+ million copies worldwide in less than two years? While Nintendo didn’t invent the health & fitness genre its Wii Fit certainly eclipsed the competition. The intuitive and fun presentation ...

  • Durchdachte, sinnvolle Erweiterungen bietet Ihnen „Wii Fit Plus“. Insgesamt hätte ich mir zwar mehr erwartet und ein vollkommen neues „Wii Fit“ gewünscht. Dennoch sorgen die gelungenen Erweiterungen für einiges an Bewegungsmotivation, die sich „Wii Fit...
