  • Abstract:  Originally this game was developed as an add-on to the Halo franchise, however a decision was made to make this a standalone game. Using the powerful Halo 3 engine, HALO ODST is set during Halo 2 and 3 and revolves around the Orbital Drop Shock Troope...

  • Firefight mode is a blast , Campaign is well-paced, with tons of great moments , The between level sections are moody and engaging , Same great multiplayer from Halo 3, with three new maps , No Flood
  • Multiplayer is mostly recycled from Halo 3 , Damage indicators are annoying
  • An awesome campaign and addictive new Firefight mode make ODST a thrilling new entry in the Halo franchise....

  • Firefight the four-player cooperative mode, great flashback missions, addition of a night vision visor
  • No competitive multiplayer mode, major issues with NPC marine A.I, exiting the game via the Xbox Guide button means you lose your campaign progress. Graphics need a facelift.
  • Get ready to trade in your Halo 3 disc for Halo 3: ODST. The new Firefight four-player cooperative mode showcases how well Halo’s weapons and enemies balance each other’s strengths and weakness almost perfectly. And Halo 3: ODST comes with a second di...

  • Abstract:  NameStill lurking near the top of the Xbox Live multiplayer popularity charts two years after its release, Halo 3 has proven it has staying power and a loyal fan base. Naturally, Bungie, the game's developer, and Microsoft are keen to cash in on this undy...

  • The Halo universe is becoming ever more expansive and incorporated, which really helps players feel immersed. Stellar soundtrack. Gripping story. Great new Firefight multiplayer.
  • Even average players will get through the campaign in less than eight hours, so it really isnt long enough. Difficult to justify $99 if you already have the DLC for Halo 3.

  • Abstract:  Since the release of the original Halo in 2001, Bungie have brought in millions of dollars worth of sales for Microsoft’s Xbox 360 console. Some fans strayed off the beaten track when Gears of War arrived on the scene, but there is no denying that the ...

  • Firefight is awesome, Tight gameplay, Killer OST, Not as linear as previous Halo games
  • Too Short, Looks Dated, Firefight is restricted to your friends list only, No new MP modes
  • New to the Halo universe is the inclusion of a Horde mode called Firefight that allows you and three of your buddies to take on hordes of the Covenant on Xbox Live. Unlike the Horde mode from Gears of War 2, Firefight is never ending and can provide ho...

  • Action packed campaign; night time environments, Firefight mode is a lot of fun; Halo 3 multiplayer mode with more maps.
  • Campaign is too short; no new innovative features.
  • Halo 3: ODST doesn’t attempt to reinvent Halo’s core gameplay but still hits the right tones which makes it an enjoyable fare for any first-person shooter fan. It’s definitely all here — the action, story and atmosphere are well ti...
