Their open design allows for a lot of ambient noise to leak in. There are no controls on the buds (except Siri). Similarly priced wireless models deliver better sound. And yes
They look pretty dorky
Sound quality not much better than average
Don't fit in all ear types
Design isn't for everyone
Endast tillgängliga i en storlek
Ingen fjärrkontroll
Tjockare än de gamla hörlurarna
Audio range feels constrained
Doesn't block outside noise
Mediocre battery life
No isolation
Less stable when connected to nonApple devices
Lack of controls
Reliance on Siri requiring an internet connection
Non-adjustable size and shape means they won't fit everyone
Attention-grabbing design
And generally not in a good way
Easily lost and expensive to replace
Siri isn't yet a good replacement for buttons
They look a bit weird
Easy to lose one
Case needs to be less slippy
Doesn't fit all ears perfectly
No custom eartips
Mid-range audio quality
Treble can be harsh
Not suitable for fitness activity
Average sound quality
Expensive replacement parts
They tend to get loose in the ear and need readjustment (although they haven't actually fallen out yet)

The AirPods have already polarised opinion when it comes to their design. Everyone we've asked would be conscious about wearing them, both because of the stick that protrudes from each ear and the fear of them falling out and getting lost. However the AirP...
Pure wirelessness, Weighty, balanced sound, Clever case carries an extra charge,
Lack detail and dynamic subtlety, Siri implementation is so-so,
Ultimately, this is the sort of sound you'd expect from an average pair of affordable earphones, but it's contained within what is a pretty incredible feat of engineering. In the end, it probably comes down to whether you're prepared to put up with passabl...
