  • No screen
  • Mediocre sound quality
  • Dreadful headphones
  • Requires a USB sync from a PC or Mac running iTunes. There's no Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Only 2GB of storage. Navigating your music is a bit difficult without a screen. You can't download subscription Apple Music songs
  • Unlike the slightly bigger iPod Nano
  • You won't be able to select individual songs over playlists – as there's no screen on the Shuffle. Apple has binned the earphone-mounted controls
  • So you'll have to pay extra if you want buttons closer to your ears. At 2GB
  • Capacity is also somewhat limited.
  • Awkward to clip on clothing
  • No way to lock out controls from inadvertent bumps.
  • No screen means you can't find your music quickly
  • Puny sound

  • Sound is of very good quality
  • But it doesn’t quite match that of the large Apple iPod Touch. Nor does it reach its highest volume levels. It means that the iPad Shuffle isn’t quite the smaller alternative to the iPod Touch that it could be. A small 2GB capacity also fills up in no time. The supplied Apple headphones are sub-par

  • So, what should you make of this product? Is it good enough to revive their Shuffle sales? Not really, because you can usually expect a lot more from Apple and this time they have not been up to the mark. This time, Apple seems to have priced it aggres...

  • Small, attractive design, built-in clip, easy to use, VoiceOver makes navigating through music easy
  • VoiceOver only works for user created playlists, operating the clip is slightly difficult due to small size, only 2GB model available, expensive

  • Very small; good battery life; easy to use; affordable.
  • Limited space.
  • The new Apple iPod Shuffle is a great portable music player as it inherits some of the best elements from the previous versions of the device. It now has buttons for controlling music playback, something that was left out in the previous version, and ...

  • capacité réduite à 2 Go uniquement.
