  • Abstract:  Eos, the Greek goddess of dawn, isn’t quite the dawn of a new era in home audio. If you can tolerate the microwave drop-outs, want the least expensive and lowest hassle setup, and don’t mind the lack of bass response or the inability to play lossless ...

  • Easy setup. Good wireless range.
  • Must in same room as base station to control music. Basic controls. No video out for older iPods. Sound quality can be improved.
  • If your goal is to simply distribute your iPods music through your small to medium-sized location with minimum effort, the Eos system is a good way to do it. It’s a breeze to set up and get running, and your house will be filled with decent sounding...

  • Abstract:  The Eos Digital Wireless Multi-Room Audio System stands for simplicity and reliability at a cheaper cost. IntelliTouch wants to offer consumers a product that is easy on the wallet and easy to set up. The Eos Wireless System is the product they believe...

  • Compact speakers. Great sound and wireless connection. Easy to use controls.
  • No speaker controls on the base station. There should be an option use battery power for increased flexibility in speaker placement.
  • When I was in college, it seems like someone was always throwing a house party. For those of you who are not familiar, it is a pretty basic concept. You throw open the front door of your house, condo, apartment, dorm room, or wherever you live; set...

  • Great sound from base station and satellites, Easy to setup, Satellites can be wall or table mounted
  • No power button on the base station, Wireless satellite speakers are a bit pricey, IR remote isnt the best
  • Ever dream of pumping your iPods tunes to multiple rooms in your home? Setting up a whole house audio system can be a daunting task though. Running speaker wire to all the rooms and purchasing speakers can take a lot of time and money. I dont know a...

  • Dreamy. The ability to put music in five separate rooms simultaneously (base + 4 sats) is a dream we've had since we were in elementary school planning on buying our first house. (That's right, other kids wanted to be astronauts, we wanted to be B...

  • Clear, interference-free transmission, Very simple setup, Good overall sound
  • No individual speaker control via remote, Short remote range, Sound breaks up beyond moderate volume, Supports only one music stream
  • We wish the speakers had rechargeable batteries, and centralized control or multistreaming would be killer. Compared with the Griffin Evolve, the Eos has better sound quality in the mids and highs (neither device has much bass). If you want more flexib...

  • Great for quick and dirty multiroom music. Speakers automatically sync with base unit out of box. Mini stereo input allows connectivity with virtually any MP3 player and most audio devices. Fantastic range even in multi story settings. Rejoice, iFanatics...
  • Rechargeable battery powered satellites wouldve been nice. Audio quality doesnt hold a candle to wireless systems from Bose, Altec. 2.1 stereo driver is great for music, but stunts home theater possibilities. Buttons on base station feel flimsy.

  • Easy setup; generally good sound quality; instant pairing between transmitter and receiver; auxiliary port to connect additional audio sources; virtual surround sound
  • Performance issues beyond 50 feet; no way to control music from wireless speaker; wireless speaker can take up entire outlet panel
  • The Eos Wireless Digital Multi-Room Audio System is an iPod dock system that lets you easily stream music to other rooms without wires or networking knowledge. ...

  • Great mid and high audio range. Extend your music throughout your home and into your yard. Simple setup and control.
  • Muddy bass. Extending the system can get pricey. Satellite speaker power cable is too short.
  • The core system comes with the base station and one wireless satellite speaker for $249.99, and additional satellite speakers (you can have up to four) are $129.99. The price seems high for the audio quality, but you’re paying for the wireless techn...
