  • Excellent standard DVD upconversion. Very energy-efficient.
  • Quick Start feature increases power consumption. Optional memory required for BD-Live support. No streaming multimedia features.
  • Sonys most affordable Blu-ray player, the energy-efficient BDP-S360 delivers stellar picture quality with both high- and standard-definition discs....

  • Profile 2.0-compatible; onboard decoding for Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio Essential; excellent video quality on most Blu-ray movies.
  • Cannot access streaming video services such as Netflix; no Wi-Fi option; no eject button on the remote; relatively slow load times; recessed USB port.
  • The Sony BDP-S360 handles all the Blu-ray basics with ease, but it lacks the streaming Internet content found on competing models.

  • Great DVD upscaling and HD video performance, excellent user-interface, responsive remote control
  • Light on extra features, no front USB port, it's practically the same price as its fancier stable mate
  • The Sony BDP-S360 is a reasonably priced Blu-ray player that does the basics well. However, the Sony BDP-S560 is also reasonably priced -- and it comes with two USB ports and inbuilt Wi-Fi...

  • Good build, not tacky looking, Video performance is very impressive
  • Load time is not too fast, Could have more features like internet streaming
  • PerformanceWe threw in Ratatouille and The Last Samurai Blu-ray, and the obvious DVE test Blu-ray. This player, like all its predecessors, is quite a solid renderer, with little or no issues framing or hiccuping at all. The video output was via HDMI to...

  • Good looks, quick browsing in pop menus, quick simple interface
  • No YouTube or online video, no USB support, no internal memory for BD Live Content, no DivX support, no eject button on remote
  • After a long wait we finally received a Blu-ray player from Sony; the BDP-S360. The Blu-ray players we have seen so far have all had a lot of features to offer and their quality too was pretty good when compared the Sony PlayStation 3 as the benchmark....
