Fitbit's second attempt at a smart watch is a solid, better looking product which shows that the company is listening to consumer demands. But, the gaps in its app gallery are much harder to defend a second time around, and needs to be resolved fast...
This is the tracker to get if you don't want a top of the range Fitbit but are still hankering for the smartwatch features.The Versa is a cheaper alternative to the Ionic (and the Apple Watch 3 for that matter) but that doesn't reflect on its performance...

While for Dan the lack of apps was a killer for him it is not a killer for me. I only use my smartwatch in a very basic way, as do most people. Most people who would be looking at this just want to track the basic metrics such as steps, sleep, heart rate...
