  • Slimmer than HTC Touch, its predecessor ,It does not need a memory card slot because of its 4 GB internal storage. ,It has a higher VGA display resolution than its predecessor or the iPhone. ,
  • The screen attracts a lot of fingerprints making it look oily and unclean. ,
  • The HTC Touch Diamond has a solid feel and is very comfortable in the hands. Its design is simply elegant; its faceted cover gives it a personality apart from other PDA phones.

  • Interface is sluggish and slow, text entry is tedious, still requires stylus for more complex operations, no 3.5mm headphone jack, no memory card slot
