  • Twisty design works well for music, Large, clear and bright screen, Big keypad buttons, Smooth, glossy case
  • Headphones lack bass, Delete key will drive you mad, Chunky, Laggy interface, Fiddly joystick, Windows software only
  • Although its not brimming with features, Nokias twisty 5700 is a decent enough music phone, but its poor quality headphones let it down. ...

  • 3G, twist design, dedicated music buttons, sound quality, 3.5mm headphone jack, drag-and-drop capabilities
  • Interface lag, a little chunky, stubborn joystick and rubber menu button, battery life could be improved The Final Word The 5700 XpressMusics design is convenient and its music capabilities are well implemented, but isnt perfect.

  • Abstract:  Having an MP3 player is one thing and I think it’s extremely sensible to have one in your mobile phone so you don’t have to worry about carrying too many gadgets with you. The 5700 hasn’t accomplished something new in that field however...

  • Nice balance of size and weight; twisting motion to activate applications; hot-swappable microSD card slot; FM radio; 3G; Bluetooth stereo; robust Series 60 platform.
  • Difficult to reach for joystick when in camera mode; Menu and Cancel keys dont light up; no built-in 3.5mm audio jack; unusable night picture quality.
  • The Nokia 5700 XpressMusic isnt the most technologically advanced handset but it attempts to differentiate itself from the competition with a unique twist design. Its a decent music player but not fantastic.
