The editors didn't like

  • Prickly keys
  • Same as the Nokia N95 bar the flash
  • Low end finish
  • Fiddly keypad
  • Ugly
  • Cheap looking casing
  • Odd keypad
  • Tinny speakers
  • Too Large
  • Tiny numberpad keys

  • Not the most compact phone. Design is a tad prosaic
  • N-Gage still not ready
  • There are a couple of areas where the N82 could be improved. The first is the size. It's not exactly a size zero. It's not even a size 10. Secondly

  • Superior imaging experience, outstanding battery life, sturdy build quality
  • No North American 3G support
  • The Nokia N82 is definitely the current king of imaging in the Nseries family, and a serious match for most of the stand-alone point and shoot digital cameras on the market. The build quality is phenomenal, and the battery life is top notch, as well. T...

  • Even for an N-series, this phone has loads of features, including GPS, a great camera, HSDPA data speeds and N-Gage games.
  • The phone is no looker, the keys are small and the plastic finish feels cheap.Look and Feel
  • The N82 is a hugely capable phone thats let down by its finish.

  • Small controls and keypad, turn-by-turn navigation costs extra, questionable design The Final Word Despite the N82s tiny keypad and questionable all-plastic design, it remains a solid handset boasting a long list of features.

  • Best camera phone to date, Excellent connectivity includes HSDPA, Wi-Fi and GPS, 3.5mm headphone port, Side-loaded MicroSD card reader and bundled 2GB card
  • Ridiculously tiny keypad, Chunky candy-bar form factor, Poor battery life
  • The N82s top-line features are offset by less-than-ideal design and poor battery life. We hate to sound like an Australian Idol judge, but while the N82 has all the bells and whistles of other class leading smartphones, it the lacks the X-factor need...
