  • Abstract:  To extend this monopod you simply put your foot on the rubber pedal and pull. To lower it you grip the ‘Safety Lock’ trigger and push the sections back down. It’s a great idea, but time will tell if day-to-day use will wear it out. It comes with three sections and weighs 1kg; its minimum height is 74.5cm and its full extended height is 170cm.
