PriceThe Corsair Carbide Spec-01 is available from almost all major computer retailers for a snip under £40 here in the UK. With Overclockers.co.uk being the front-runner at time of writing with a price of just £37.99. Those in the US can find it at most...
Corsair's approach to its most affordable chassis yet has been one of getting more of the basics right, and it's been largely successful in this approach. Expecting heaps of water-cooling support or more exotic features like fan control is unreasonable in...
Easy on the eye, Affordable to all, Great feature-set for price, Can add up to five cooling fans, Excellent graphics card support
Default cooling performance isn't great
It’s fair to assume that Corsair are known for their costly enclosures and whilst this isn’t an issue for some, it is for others – particularly in troubling economic times. And so, changing the focus to entry level computer cases is a worthwhile ventu...
Decent build quality, Windowed side panel, Price tag of sub $50, Cooling upgradability, GPU support up to 420mm, Red LED fan and front strip
Cable management woes, Only 120 sized AIOS supported, Why one USB2.0 and one USB3.0?
These Corsair SPEC series are sold at an amazing price tag. One even starts to wonder how much profit can still be made with decent quality builds at this price level. The Carbide SPEC 01, is Corsair's lowest entry level offering, close to being considere...

Abstract: We all know that Corsair make some of the best cases on the market, we also know that they do "High End" extremely well. What has perhaps been missing from their world dominating line up though is a decent value for money gaming case. Enter then the Spec-01. It's so tempting to tell you here and now just how feature packed this case is, but you know what, you're just going to have to read the review. For now let's just say that you won't be expecting it to offer as much as it does, and especially for the £40 Corsair say it will retail for.....
Abstract: You know if you think about it, gaming is quite an expensive pass time. For a console gamer it has to be the high price of a game and for a PC gamer it is perhaps building a rig. Although many are of the opinion that in the long run PC's are easier on you...
Excellent design with thoughtful touches, Great internal clearance, Good value for money, Good Build Quality
Top side of case can get cramped, Cables might show in gap between drive bays, No handles for ease of carrying around
The Cabinet is priced at ₹3799 and comes with a 2 year warranty from Corsair. The size and price point of the cabinet are quite perfectly suited to games on a budget looking for a good case to mount their mid-range rig. The case design is laudable though ...
Good Design and lightweight, Cable Management, Tool Less Drive Bays
Not so durable, No Back Exhaust fan
Corsair SPEC 01 is a nice mid tower case that can help you to make a decent gaming build. It brings all latest features on your pc like tool less drive bays, cable management, multiple fan mount, etc. All this features are hard to find in regular tower. T...
