  • Abstract:  Super Talent Super Talent has released a powerhouse of RAM - the new PC8000 DDR2-1000 T1000UX2G5 2GB kit. It carries a hefty $400-$500 MSRP pricetag, but we couldnt find it for sale anywhere online. Its sleek design is complemented by its bright ro...

  • Fast, Performed very stable at higher clockspeeds and better timings than advertised, Nice heatspreader design, Didnt get extremely hot, Lifetime warranty
  • Bad availability
  • The Super Talent T1000UX2G5 PC2-8000 2GB memory kit ran very stable and performed pretty well at its advertised default speed. In fact, I was able to get slightly tighter 5-4-4-12 timings and overclock the memory to 1066MHz and the system remained rock...

  • Runs stable at advertised 1000MHz and relaxed 5-5-5-15 timings, Stable (no errors) at 1200MHz (5-5-5-15) or 1075MHz (4-4-4-12), Blue heatspreaders look nice
  • Small to no improvement in performance while overclocking, Cost is relatively high considering the PC2-6400 reference performance
  • The Super Talent T1000UX2G5 2GB PC2-8000 DDR2 Memory Kit performs great at its advertised speed of 1000MHz and fairly relaxed (5-5-5-15) timings. Using more aggressive timings (4-4-4-12) allowed this memory to operated error-free up to 1075MHz. Changi...

  • Fast kit gets the job done, DDR2-1000 that scales with tighter timings as slower clock speeds, Doesnt require 2.2v to operate at 1000Mhz, Cheaper than many other 2GB DDR2-1000 kits.
  • Doesnt clock up as well as I hoped, Packaging very plain - may get overlooked on the store shelf.
  • The Super Talent T1000UX2G5 kit performed very well for a CAS 5 DDR2-1000 kit. It is a very nice 2GB in size and seems to be a very good upgrade choice for someone who wants some fast memory without forking over a mortgage payment to make it happen. ...

  • The SuperTalent PC2-8000s are best described as mid-range memory. They cost more than the lower end PC5400 / PC6400 dual channel kits, however, they do cost significantly less than the higher end very high speed/low latency modules. Given where they ...

  • With the ability to reach speeds up to DDR2-1132 or latencies as low as 4-4-4-12 when pumped with 2.4v the Super Talent T1000UX2G5 kit is certainly no slouch. The use of Micron D9 IC's has also gone a long way to ensuring that these modules will be a popu...

  • Abstract:  DDR2 memory technology has been pushing the envelope in terms of memory clock speeds and tighter latencies as of late. Many enthusiasts were pleased when clock speeds hit the 800MHz mark last year, but Super Talent has eclipsed this mark with its 1GHz 2GB...

  • Cool, Slim heatsinks
  • No Colour LEDs to indicate memory usage
  • The pair of modules as tested on the Gigabyte P35C-DS3R mainboard with a E6300 processor gave us a good impression of Super Talents product. In fact, we have used our old pair of Corsair and it wouldnt allow us to run beyong the 525 MHz mark (it was...

  • exzellente Verarbeitung, schicke Optik, exzellente Lese-und Schreibdurchsatzleistungen, sehr hohe Taktraten möglich, sehr gut programmiertes SPD, lange Garantiezeit (Europa 15 Jahre, sonst lebenslang)
  • billige Verpackung
