We won’t name names
But some Windows Ultrabook makers have completely ripped off Apple’s design (Oh go on then
We mean you
Asus). The Aspire S7 doesn’t suffer from this
It may be thin and light with a tapering chassis
But its metal frame and white lacquered top give it its own unique style
And it’s one we’re quite taken with. Acer’s managed to stuff plenty of ports into the slim frame too

While we like the design of the Acer Aspire S7
We’re a bit baffled by some of the nonsense Acer’s scrawled on it around the keyboard. We doubt you’ll feel the need to be constantly reminded that it’s been “Professionally Tuned”
Or that the sound has been “Dolby Home Theater”-ified.But that’s a minor issue. The S7’s greatest sin is its trackpad. It’s loose and unresponsive in a way that’ll leave
Expensive
Not fantastic performance for the money
Trackpad isn't very responsive
Too expensive
Small trackpad lacks response to defter touches
Shallow key presses
Key backlighting isn't uniform
Fairly average battery life
Bothersome fan noise
Lacklustre battery
Fair share of bloatware
Gets loud (between 45 and 50 dB(A)) when the fan kicks in
Slim and lightweight, Attractive looks, performance, battery life, Premium build, VGA and Ethernet via included dongle
Shallow keyboard, Tiny speakers
t is a perfect choice for people looking for a lightweight and portable ultrabook with attractive looks that also performs seamlessly.Acer Aspire S7 is beautifully crafted ultrabook that resembles the looks of MacBook Air. It is made of both plastic and...
Advanced processor, Sturdy & eyecatching design, Light in weight
RAM should have been more (Since most notebooks nowadays have 8GB), Slightly overpriced
Acer S7 MS2363 Review tells us that buyers will surely find this ultrabook very sophisticated, and an efficient computing gadget. With some worth-mentioning features and functions, S7 MS2363 from Acer has carved a great niche in the market. There are not ...
The 11.6-inch model of the Acer Aspire S7 retails for Rs 87,599, which is not too bad all things considered. Remember, we talking about premium Ultrabooks here so ‘value for money' doesn't really apply. When compared to its rivals like the Dell XPS 12 and...
Abstract: Acer isn't kidding when they describe the $1699, S7-391 ultraportable as cutting edge. This laptop is so thin (11.9 mm) and stiff, it could double as a weapon in the wrong hands. Did I say wrong hands? Assuming you can afford it, there are no wrong ha...
Slim form factor, Blazing fast startup times and SSD transfer speeds, Beautiful responsive touchscreen, Battery life, Lightweight
Too many keys serve dual functions, Audio volume not loud enough, Expensive
The Aspire S7 is one of the best ultrabooks we have tested so far, and with its touchscreen display, it is built specifically to be used with Windows 8. The build quality is also brilliant, the looks are premium, and it houses a powerful processor inside....

Abstract: The new Acer Aspire S7 looks exactly like the 2013 model, which itself looks very much like the one that debuted in 2012. The Aspire S7 has been updated with a fifth-generation Intel Core (Broadwell) processor. The screen boasts 2,560 x 1,440 pixels, com...

I remember reading Acer's CEO showing some disappointment when Microsoft reveal their Surface tablet. However, if Acer is capable of building a laptop as beautiful and powerful as the Aspire S7 then there really isn't much for them to worry about. Aside...
Very slim and sexy profile, Impressive display quality and resolution, Great build and over-all performance, Bonus accessories, microSD card reader, External battery pack
Low internal battery life, Short keyboard travel
Acer has definitely done very well with the Aspire S7. This laptop managed to incorporate almost everything that we wished for in a Windows 8 ultrabook. It has a couple of shortcomings but those are readily overshadowed by its many impressive features.Sol...
