  • For a person who is sure they are going to be using a PC as their main entertainment hub, then Logitechs Z Cinéma is a sensible investment. Its not cheap, which counts against it a little. However, the system does have a genuine audio pedigree and y...

  • Abstract:  Logitechs Z Cinema USB speakers try to create the impression of surround sound using a 2.1 speaker configuration. They come with a Media Center remote control, but their interface software proved unstable under Vista. Virtual surround sound is crea...

  • Bass is crisp and clean, Very attractive looking unit with hidden amber display, Full digital sound that bypasses sound card, Media Center controls
  • Way too expensive for what it is, Virtual surround sound is less than spectacular, Audio quality is not where it should be, No physical controls on speakers themselves
  • I’m normally a pretty big fan of what Logitech has to offer. I like their computer mice, webcams, and other peripherals. They’ve also done a reasonably good job with budget speakers, but I feel that they dropped the ball on this premium virtua...

  • Good sound quality, Nice remote, Easy install
  • Expensive at $299, Not as good as real surround sound system
  • The Logitech Z Cinema Advanced Surround Sound System is a very good compromise for the PC user who doesnt have the room for a full surround sound system. The only real drawback to the entire system is the cost at $299. ...

  • The Logitech Z Cinéma Advanced Surround Sound System is a high quality amplified 2.1 speaker set that is a great match for multimedia center computers. The SRS TruSurround HD mimics a true surround system without the need for extra speakers, although...

  • Solid audio performance. No distortion at high volumes. Vertical design takes up little desk space.
  • Controller isnt wireless and offers only power and volume options.
  • This 2.1 speaker system delivers strong bass and bright highs. And because of its BassTrac audio processing, it doesnt distort at higher volumes....

  • The design was beautiful. The fit in with most computers. The remote worked great.
  • Not really a negative, but I would really like to see an attempt by some companies to get speakers such as these working on Linux. With the ease of building a Myth TV box, these would work great on one stuck in a dorm room or in a bedroom even if the
