  • Cheap for a 3in1 laser, Fast: 22 ppm, Reasonable energy consumption for a laser, Quiet printing for a laser: 51 dB, 64 MB of memory (enough for a small team)
  • No automatic doublesided printing or network connectivity, Scanner only for occasional use, Above average running costs, Documents look dark in normal mode
  • It's fast, doesn't use much power and prints quietly. But in other respects, this is still a very basic printer, which produces dark looking documents quite expensively....

  • Abstract:  Samsung's been doing a sterling job in churning out quality lasers at affordable prices, and the SCX-4600 is no different. Sure, it lacks bells and whistles such as an ADF (auto document feeder), duplex printing and network connectivity, but it perfor...

  • Abstract:  Laser-based multifunction printers continue to drop in price and Samsung's SCX-4600 is one of the least expensive we've tested. At just a smidge over £100, it's still some way from being an entry-level machine and is quite suitable as a home and small off...
