  • Abstract:  Video Review: Auzen X-Fi Prelude 7.1 Sound Card uses the latest Creative Labs components and technologies. It includes, a creative X-Fi CA20K audio processor, One AKM AK-5394 super high performance 96kHz 24-bit ADC for analog input, Four AKM AK-4396 96kHz 24-bit advanced multi-bit DAC for analog output, 64Mbytes of memory for audio processing, High fidelity audio OPAMPs for analog input and output (TI OPA2134) and Dual mode S/PDIF receiver and transmitter. The Signal-to-Noise Ratio is 20kHz, Stereo Output is 120dB, Total Harmonic Distortion is -3 decibels full scale, frequency Response is 20khz, Frequency Response is 43.5 khz, 16-bit to 24-bit recording sampling rates are 32, 44.1, 48 and 96kHz and the Maximum number of 3D Voices is 128. This sound card offers 7.1 channel Dolby Digital & DTS audio playback and key technologies include creative labs EAX 5 Advanced HD sound effects, X-Fi CMSS 3D, X-RAM and X-Fi Crystallizer.
