Price
Not enough depth
3D is hard on the eyes
Doesn't make much of an effort to push the 3D capabilities

Impressive visuals; good variety of missions; great soundtrack; lots of collectibles and extra challenges; interesting new flight vehicles.
No online gameplay or leaderboards; depth and targeting is hard to judge when the 3D is turned on; no adhoc multiplayer; short replay value; time limit on Free Flight mode is annoying.
