World Tour modes makes unlocking cars lots of fun, the game shines graphically and with a hot soundtrack. Signature shortcuts are infinitely better than signature takedowns.
No Crash or Traffic Attack mode? No online play? Drift Challenge drifts toward mediocrity. It just feels like the next set of real innovations is a console generation away from this game.
