More of the same fun and intense surgical gameplay; Great voice acting brings the story and characters to life; Cooperative play is a fantastic addition; Online leaderboards give hardcore Trauma Center fans something to strive towards.
Bland presentation; While the difficulty is manageable, it still can get incredibly frustrating; There are times where the instructions could be a little more specific; Not as innovative and impressive the second time around.
