Abstract: Awarded Best Shooter of the Year 2005 by dozens of publications and websites, F.E.A.R. on PC took the world by storm last year and made even the manliest gamer cry for mommy. F.E.A.R. sported some of the first destructible environments, deadly enemy AI, a...

Frenetic action; smooth visuals; full of scary moments; great online play.
Single player campaign is a bit short (and boring in some parts); story is convoluted and somewhat predictable; could use more interesting characters and environments; needs more puzzles to break up the fighting.
If youre looking for a new twist on an old genre, give F.E.A.R. a shot. Youll piss your pants with delight. Not for the faint of heart.
