For some there might not be enough diversity in Green Day's music for this sort of game
Abstract: After a number of misses from its competition, last year Harmonix and MTV Games proved that it was possible to do a band-specific music game "right." The Beatles: Rock Band was an incredible journey through the band's career, approaching the material...
Abstract: Rock Band is back, calling players to dust off their drum kits and guitars for another round of music challenges. This time Green Day takes the stage as the exclusive band in the game, packing 47 songs from their TV debut to their latest album. With un...
The great mix of aggressive punk rock and mellow acoustic jams play great on every instrument; presentation brilliantly captures the enthusiasm and energy of Green Day's live shows.
Shallow career mode isn't terribly rewarding; older albums get the cold shoulder. Eagle eyed fans will also recognize the Milton Keynes venue and its pyrotechnic wizardry from the Bullet in a Bible set. As an experiment, I asked my buddy Kevin to play some Green Day: Rock Band with me. Kevin loves Rock Band to death, but strongly dislikes Green Day. "There are only a few songs I like, mostly th

60 for 47 songs is cheap. It's everything a fan would want, and even those on the fence will appreciate the energy and the way Green Day slot into the Rock Band formula so well. The crowd involvement and general layout is well designed too.
Should probably have included works from other artists in the same genre. The unlockables aren't particularly inspiring.
