The cradle design is somewhat kludgey, and we wish there was better hands-free integration. Speaker volume is on the low side, and the kit is a bit pricey.
Though the setup is a bit messy, the Garmin Mobile 20 is a nice alternative for smart phone owners who need navigation help but dont want to buy a standalone GPS device.
