  • The Altec Lansing BackBeat 906 stereo Bluetooth headphones provide an open, detailed sound, excellent call quality, and a flexible, lightweight fit.
  • The thick behind-the-neck cable and ear-hugging design may be uncomfortable to some users and the open nature of the earpiece sacrifices some sonic range compared with a sealed design.
  • The Altec Lansing BackBeat 906 is a ruggedly-constructed, thoughtfully conceived, and sonically impressive stereo Bluetooth headset, but the one-size-fits-all design may disappoint some users.

  • Abstract:  Altec Lansings BackBeat is the most comfortable stereo Bluetooth headset weve tested to date. Its battery lasts long enough for a full day of music listening, and it comes with an optional dongle for devices that dont integrate Bluetooth, like Apple...

  • Comfortable fit. Long battery life. Music doesnt sound muddy.
  • Music sounds overly bright. Voice call quality isnt great, especially outdoors.
  • The most comfortable stereo Bluetooth headset weve seen has a lot going for it, but sound quality still doesnt match wired or mono headsets....

  • Good audio quality, comfortable to wear, Bluetooth adaptor provided for non-Bluetooth enabled devices
  • Difficult to wear, no FF/Rew function, bass response could have been better, bit expensive
  • The Altec Lansing BackBeat 906 is a wireless headphone designed for mobile phones and music players. It can playback music wirelessly over Bluetooth and also allows you take calls. The headphones even come with a wireless Bluetooth adaptor for playing ...

  • The Altec Lansing BackBeat 906 may not be the prettiest pair of headphones around, but it is a solid all-round performer. Audio performance is decent, while voice quality is amongst the best we've have experienced. At S$199, it can be relatively costly...
