The Beats Studio3 Wireless offers improved sound quality
Noise canceling and battery life from its predecessor in the same sturdy design. Apple's W1 chip makes pairing with Apple devices dead simple. Performs well as a headset for making cell-phone calls
Seamless Bluetooth pairing
Long-lasting battery life
Excellent build quality
Superb wireless performance
Topnotch battery

The editors didn't like
Pauses music when notifications come through on Apple Watch
Plastic design might not suit everyone
Lots of bass
Expensive
Underwhelming bass
Poor wireless call quality
W1 battery/connection boost only for Apple
Lower-mids could do with more separation
The best tech reserved for Apple devices
Not booming
But still bassy
Bold looks not to all tastes
Soggy mids
Don't quite deliver the sub-bass power you may want
Design is the same as previous model's. Does not fold flat and carrying case is somewhat bulky
Noise cancellation isn't as effective as the QuietComfort 35's
Sound quality could be better
For the price
No auto shutdown
Disappointing midrange
Hot ears
The touch control on the ear cup make a hard clicking sound when pressed
Satisfying bass thump, Collapsible design, Comfortable, cozy pads, Flawless operation with Apple devices
Battery life and Bluetooth suffer when not connected to Apple devices, Sound lacks refinement, vocals lack fullness, Competitors in same price bracket have more premium build, MicroUSB is an anachronism, especially in Apple ecosystem
Abstract: The Good: Balanced sound, excellent battery life, secure fit, easy pairing with Apple devicesThe Bad: Can become uncomfortable after more than an hour, sound quality isn't good enough to justify $350 on its ownWho they're for: The fashionable, Apple fans...
Abstract: It's about time an update to Beats' flagship noise-cancelling over-ear headphones has come around. We found a lot to love in the original model in our Beats Studio Wireless Review. Apple (who owns the company) has taken the time to incorporate some its lo...
If the pairing of Apple's W1 chip and solid noise-cancellation sounds like music to your ears, you'll love the $349 Beats Studio 3 Wireless. They're not quite as comfortable or top-tier as the QC35s, but if easy connectivity and lengthy battery life matte...

Should you get the Studio3? It doesn't sound much better than even the Solo2 Wireless, and costs $50 more than the Solo3, which is a tough sell when Bose's QuietComfort 35 headphones are available for $329. Sony's MDR-1000X costs about as much as the Stu...

Abstract: Beats had a handful of different sounds on hand to test the Studio 3 ahead of launch. The demo was designed to showcase the range of the headphones' new adaptive noise-canceling technology — but there's only so much you can get from a demo in that kind o...
Amazing noise-cancelling technology, Great battery Life, Very comfortable

Rich, crisp sound signature with a focus on high-mid definition, Wireless audio and active noise cancellation, NC can be disabled to save battery life, Apple W1 chip makes pairing with iOS devices even more simple,
Expensive, No passive listening mode, Adaptive aspect of NC is not impressive
The Beats Studio3 Wireless headphones combine quality Bluetooth audio and above-average noise cancellation...
Abstract: The Beats brand has had quite the ride. Probably with more humble beginnings, it has blown up to being a cultural icon. So much so that Apple paid up a boggling $3 billion to buy the company out, in 2014. So where are we a couple years later? The Studio Wi...
Apple Beats Studio 3 Wireless headphones focuses on delivering fun & rich audio experience to your ears. It doesn't aim to satisfy audiophiles or those who want headphones to sound as natural as possible (for that, go for the Blue Ella or Sadie). But if y...
