  • It's commendable that 3M has gone further with the MP180 than any other pico projector before it, but the price reflects this. Given the unusable web browser, relatively poor image quality and whiny fan, Samsung's SP-H03 is still the better choice. It ...

  • Finally, decent brightness in a pocket projector,
  • Using the web browser will drive you crazy.

  • Reasonably bright. Can show images from computers, composite video sources, internal 4GB memory, or microSD card.
  • Icon-based touch-screen controls and flashing LED codes are not intuitive. Expensive. Some important glitches in unit as tested.

  • Bluetooth, WiFi, Inbuilt web browser
  • Lacks HDMI input, Touchscreen is terrible, Tripod tips over easily if power is plugged in, Web browser is only just functional, Inbuilt fan can be quite noisy
  • The MP180 presents excellent images, but a sub-par touchscreen makes many of its advanced features less useful than they could be.
