This smartwatch is Q2 “Siri” Smartwatch. A brief search on the Internet reveals that it is also known as Zenda Q2 or Launch Q2.
The UI appears to be identical to Ulefone GW01 that I posted a few days back, except that the Q2 has an additional feature that is worthy to be shouted at: voice function.
