  • Abstract:  有煮飯的人應該都有相同的困擾，料理食物的過程讓人相當療癒又充滿成就感，特別是看著家人吃著自己料理的食物露出的笑容，這種心裡的滿足是去外面吃大餐無法取代的。但料理食物雖然讓人開心，但後續的收拾工作想必也讓許多有煮飯習慣的人覺得頭疼麻煩。 不管是料理食物產生的根莖菜葉或果皮再到吃完飯後留下的剩菜剩飯，「廚餘」(就是我們台灣人說的：噴)清理往往是廚房中最讓人覺得不潔的一環，各種食材混雜的異味再加上容易孳生蚊蟲蟑螂，加上若是天氣熱可能早上煮飯後留下的廚餘，到了晚餐時間已經散發讓人不舒服的腐敗味道。過去多半都是讓媽...
