Fare as well in an evermore crowded market?
The dinky size isn’t for everyone. One downside to the smooth unibody is getting used to holding the thing without accidentally dropping it. You also cannot play Flash video. And even when playing non-Flash video

Cute and compact, the HTC Wildfire S is limited in terms of what it will do, but what it does is delivered very nicely. Unless you are completely sold on the looks or the size, there are plenty of other choices out there...

The HTC Wildfire S offers a decent set of features for a wallet-friendly price. The Android Gingerbread device has good build quality and call quality
The smartphone's compact size won't suit everyone. The smaller display makes it a bit hard on the eyes when viewing Web sites and video, and the camera's picture quality could be better
Despite its small stature, the HTC Wildfire S is well-crafted and easy on the eye. Unfortunately, a slow data network holds it back.
If you're looking for an entry-level phone, but want all the features and benefits of Android, this is the phone for you. It fits in-hand wonderfully, is very well built, has all the minimum requirements that you need in a smartphone, and is priced we...
