Uses unusual 2.5 mm mic input, Autofocus is quiet, but not very fast, Very average sensitivity, Not much use for the 24p mode, No progressive zoom
The GH2 produces excellent quality HD video which looks great in wide-angle. Its autofocus struggles a bit when the subject moves and a 3.5 mm mic input would be a better choice. You can still turn out very good films with it though....
The GH2 is great to use, the features are innovative and add value to the package, and stills and movies are of great quality too. A good all-rounderOverall Our provides the latest photography news, reviews, previews, features and tecniques. Alternat...

Photo quality fails to live up to the high price, but for videos, the smooth autofocus, extensive options and sublime quality are a winning combination. ...
Overall picture quality, Overall video quality (1080 50i and 720p), Very fast autofocus in photo and video modes, general responsiveness, Swivel LCD touchscreen, large electronic viewfinder, Plenty of micro fourthirds lenses now available
Very (too) noisy shutter release, Battery life a little on the short side, Electronic viewfinder: accuracy, fluidity and dynamic range could be better, Proprietary USB 2 connection
The Panasonic Lumix GH2 ticks all the right boxes but falls short of a five-star score due to its limited battery life. This camera is great for taking photos and fantastic for shooting videos. It's versatile and effective while still being compact, li...
